Leadership Team

Doug Eisenbrandt, MBA is the founder and owner of Step Up Solutions, LLC. Doug has 25+ years of experience in business. Doug started out working for regional banks in southwest Michigan then joined the corporate finance team for a $1B public IT Services firm in Detroit, Michigan. He broadened his experience to include M&A, stock/bond buybacks, stock option/employee stock purchase plans, and Investor Relations after joining a $1B public IT Services firm in Denver, Colorado.

After 17 years working for public companies, Doug joined a private, employee-owned engineering and architecture firm, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. There he administered the stock programs, focusing on ownership transition and the sustainability of employee ownership, and managed the Treasury and FP&A departments. Doug also served as Chairman of the internal Trustee and Stock Committees.
In 2021, Doug was featured in a PBS documentary on employee ownership. He has written articles on employee ownership as well as presented at a national conference on employee ownership.
Doug is committed to learning your business needs and finding ways to improve your processes and procedures while improving your bottom line. He can pull from a wealth of experience, across different industries and company sizes, to find the solutions you need.
